Cardiff politicians run rule over rail seats
Set up inside with help from the landlord (cheers!) and Trust members, the roadshow unit was then looked over closely by an audience including the club's stadium manager Wayne Nash and several Cardiff politicians. The latter included Cardiff West MP Kevin Brennan, Cardiff West AM Mark Drakeford, Cardiff North AM Julie Morgan and the South Wales Central AM Andrew RT Davies.
All seemed very interested, not least by the intriguing question as to whether stadium licensing should become a devolved responsibility for the Welsh Assembly to deal with. It was noted, for instance, that stadium safety and licensing matters in Scotland are not dictated from Westminster. At least one of the Assembly Members present intended to look into this.
